STEVEN HORNSBY, CMCA - PRESIDENT/PORTFOLIO MANAGER - Mr. Hornsby has had over 15 years experience in both association and property management as well as more than 15 years in business operations management. He holds the designation of CMCA in community management through membership with the Community Association Institute. He also holds a MA real estate license in good standing, is a member of the United Regional Chamber of commerce and is on the Expo committee with CAI.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - We began directly managing Condominium associations in 2010 on a full time basis. We offer a variety of packages for residential, commercial, and retail communities tailored to suit individual needs.
HISTORY- HM Management was officially established in early 2006 after several years independently consulting for small businesses and properties. Owner, Steve Hornsby has over 20 years experience in management specializing in hospitality and association management.
